Term and condition
1. Refunds will not be entertained.
2. In the event of defective piece, we will provide an exchange of the same item, or if the piece is out of stock, another design. You may also choose to store credits with us. By making a purchase you are choosing to adhere by our terms of purchase. We do not entertain refunds.
3. Loose threads or stains no bigger than 2mm will not be considered as defects and will not be allowed for any exchanges.
4. We are not liable for any lost mail should you choose to opt for normal postage. Please do opt for registered postage!
5. Please note that all dead buyers will be given least priority in future collections, so please do make prompt payment!
6. Please note that colour may defer slightly or appear brighter on screen due to different monitor settings and studio lighting.
7. Measurements may defer from 0.5-0.75" due to mass manufacturing.
8. All exchange requests have to be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
